In the event that you receive a defective product please contact us, by email, straight away. We usually request evidence of the defect - often a photograph by email will be sufficient although we may request the defective item is returned to us

Returned products must be complete, in saleable condition and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate handling fee for inspecting and repackaging products - typically 20%
By default, we offer a store credit which can be used for future online purchases at toolovation.co.uk.
If you require a refund please advise us by email. Any refund will only be for the value of the product. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of our outward shipping even if it is not shown on your invoice.
Return postage costs will be at your cost. We will not accept responsibility for damage or loss caused by your appointed carrier.
We strongly advise our customers to closely inspect all delivered packages for damage at the time they are delivered and in the presence of the driver.
If necessary open the package in the presence of the driver - do not accept your package if there is damaged or missing items - damaged parcels should be left with the driver for return to Toolovation.
You take receipt of damaged parcels at your own risk. Postage for returned products under these circumstances is payable by you.
