The iVAC Switch Box enables the automatic switching of a vacuum for your health, enhanced safety, convenience, and energy efficiency.
The iVAC Switch Box unit is intended to be used with a power tool such as a router, planer, saw or sander and, an associated vacuum.
The intelligent sensing, electronic delay and programmed overrun optimise your dust collection and power consumption.
A vacuum connected to the iVAC Switch Box is controlled by 3 modes: AUTO - 0 - 1.
AUTO (automatic): When the connected power tool is switched on the vacuum will automatically switch on after a delay of 1 or 2 seconds. This delay function is to prevent the start up power surges of the power tool and vacuum coinciding and overloading your switch box and/or power source.
When the power tool is switched off the vacuum will deny to run for 8 or 16 seconds then automatically switch off. This overrun function is to purge dust and debris from your power tool, workstation and pipes.
1 (ON): The vacuum is permanently ON regardless of the state of the power tool.
0 (OFF): The vacuum is permanently OFF regardless of the state of the power tool.
The iVAC Switch Box is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship, under normal usage, for one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee is not transferable and does not effect your statutory rights. This guarantee does not apply in cases of improper use, negligence, lack of maintenance or accidental damage. Under the terms of this guarantee a faulty iVAC Switch Box will either be repaired or replaced free of charge. Liability is limited to the iVAC Switch Box only, no other costs will be reimbursed. This guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above.
